Python Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Python, with a focus on writing clean, readable, and scalable code. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and IO concepts, particularly in Python.
Trading Systems: Experience building and maintaining core trading systems or financial products.
Financial Knowledge: Basic financial knowledge with a strong interest in the cryptocurrency and finance fields. Experience with trading financial products such as margin, derivatives, and futures.
Problem-Solving: Creative, self-driven, and flexible problem solver with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
Preferred Skills:
Quantitative Background: Strong background in mathematics, statistics, or related quantitative fields.
