QA Strategy: Define and implement the overall QA strategy, incorporating both manual and automated testing practices to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA Engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Test Planning: Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and schedules, aligning with product roadmaps and project requirements.
Testing and Automation: Lead test execution, including functional, regression, and automated testing, to ensure full coverage and product quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure QA processes are integrated across the development lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on automation.
Defect Management: Track, report, and prioritize defects, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track QA metrics, ensuring transparency in quality and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Your ideal profile:
Experience: 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role, and a strong track record in both manual and automated testing.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit), and proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to different stakeholders.
Good communication skills in Thai and English both written and verbal
