Senior Professional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Job Description

• Manage the financial aspects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions for Card, Collection and Loan business.
• Conduct economic profit report & analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics.
• Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified and variance analysis.
• Develop, coordinate, manage and report budgets and rolling forecasts to reflect the latest target with up to date situation.
• Manage company balance score card monitoring & analysis.
• Monitor budgeted spending including CAPEX investment by division.
• Manage company top line & NPL monitoring / analysis & forecasting.
• Provide ad-hoc support to executive and key business projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
• Strong power point slide making capability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation of financial analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make well-reasoned decisions with strong competency on prioritization and task management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiar with accounting/consultant background a plus.
