Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Strategize the Trading Product Domain.
• Led the SCRUM team, acting as the Product Owner, and facilitating the coordination of the working squad.
• Lead prioritization for both the product roadmap and product backlog.
• Efficiently gather requirements and user stories from stakeholders. Define and provide a clear vision for the product/platform.
• Establish key success metrics for the product/platform. Skillfully manage the Product Backlog through effective prioritization.
• Play an integral role in the execution of the "Trading, Crypto" squad within an Agile development framework.
• Participate in various processes of the "Trading, Crypto" squad, including user experience, optimizing trading volume, system design, architectural design, and deployment processes, while enhancing the performance of the Trading module.
• Cultivate alignment across the team.
• Demonstrate technical confidence by collaborating with senior engineers to strike the right balance between product velocity and managing technical debt.
• Educate team members and uphold the best practices of SCRUM within the business transformation team.

Qualifications

• Experienced in roles such as Developer, Technical Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager
• High-level understanding of technical components such as REST API, Queues, Streaming, MongoDB, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with technologies relevant to the crypto industry, including DeFi, Blockchain Technology, Ethereum, Hyperledger Technology, Cloud Computing, and Digital Financial Platforms
• Excellent communication skills.
• Managing and organizational abilities.
• Self-organized, self-motivated, proactive-characteristic, and high sense of urgency
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective prioritization skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Finance Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Finance, or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using necessary tools, especially Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Compliance, finance, and legal knowledge are beneficial.
