Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Customer & Marketing
- Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories and customers centric.
- Head responsibility to develop, execute and performance of programs created to enhance presence plus ultimate take-away.
- Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
- Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans. And prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers & main customer.
- Data analysis and turn to personalized promotion implementation according to customers shopping behavior and well as CRM and loyalty program
- Holistic media planning online & offline
- Plan, develop and deliver Marketing Communication Strategy to meet company objectives through key communication channels both off-line and online.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Lead in customer data insight analysis to be used for setting either strategic or tactical actions.
- Developing pricing strategies and plans to meet company objectives and customer needs
- Create plans with the customer at the heart of activity, ensuring data intelligence led approach with insights.
- Define objectives, tactics and goals to achieve both direct and indirect customer acquisition through marketing campaign
- Identify opportunity & strategic direction for professional customer sale development
- Provide clear execution guideline and supervise salesforce manager & team
- Turn saleforces insight into marketing tactics / tools to capture sales opportunity
- Monitoring result and do executive summary
O2O Development (Offline to Online)
- Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Lead new system and platform development and O2O Eco system
- Manage and executing promotional campaigns
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Strengthen End to End process and coordinate internal resources and third parties, vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide data analysis and reporting
- Drive O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: integrated digital / physical brand initiatives, retail promotions, in-store experiences and events.
Skilled & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of working experience in Marketing Communications, Experience from retail or FMCG is advantage
- 7-10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer development, strong analytical background, and/or category management experience is required.
- 3 years of experience leading a team, management level.
- Excellent project management abilities, with emphasis on executing on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in approaching work in partnership and support of others; relationship-driven, customer-focused and client-oriented.
- Familiarity and expertise with content creation tools and Experience in Trade marketing in related industries, Operation in retail/wholesale business, Business development
