Senior Logistics Executive

Job Responsibilities: :

• Oversee and manage the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy to maximize the process efficiency, minimize the cost
• Handle import/export process and flow of traffic to/from foreign destination including customs liaison, declaration, and documentation.
• Work closely with cross functional team to monitor intake forecast to manage inbound work planning
• Assist sourcing or handling for SEA new project, stores opening, warehouse and stores’ s consumable and facility management
• Responsible in vendor selection, management, and yearly vendor performance evaluation/assessment
• Full management of Annual Cycle count preparations and overall financial results
• Demonstrate effective leadership and actively engage with peers to improve processes and methodologies.
• Function as the ERP Inventory Super User, providing trouble shooting skills and training to other system users
• Requires travel to warehouse when needed
• Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in Import/Export and Procurement ex. Incoterm, CO Form, Import permit etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous
• Result and action oriented, continuous improvement mindset
• Required skill (s): Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, ERP
• Good command of English for both verbal and written
