In this Role, you’ll get to
- Responsible for the content planning of the live broadcast event, preparation before the live broadcast, process control, and promote the orderly progress of the live broadcast;
- Plan the live broadcast pallet according to the theme and needs, grasp the pain points of users, refine product highlights, and make explanatory materials to improve the transformation of the live broadcast room
- Regularly communicate with the anchor, review, train live broadcast skills, and daily tasks.
- Follow up the live broadcast process, complete the live broadcast control field, review the data of the live broadcast situation, and propose an optimization plan.
- Incubate the live broadcast matrix of video accounts, and manage service providers to conduct multi-account differentiated operations and promote growth
- Open overseas markets (such as Hong Kong, Thailand) and operate live broadcasts on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Understand the live broadcast industry, be familiar with the live broadcast operation mode, and have experience or resources in local life, especially in wine and tourism related fields
- Familiar with the rules and various marketing and promotion methods of platforms such as We Media TIKTOK. Video account, and improve the sales performance of live streaming;
- Have strong communication and coordination skills, clear thinking, flexible response, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
- Experience in video account operation/overseas live broadcast operation experience/service provider management experience is preferred;
- Wiling to travel around based on the business need.
