DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update overview progress such as the current/target performance/progress of OKR, Commercial Progress, Tech Progress, and Financial Status of BU
- Ensure that teams’ target (OKRs) will be delivered as plan, or foresee what could be obstacle to not achieving then seek solutions to mitigate
- Understand the Business Overview and the future of each BU, able to build and present the business presentation pitch on behalf of BU Cofounders when time is needed
- Work with Business Analyst to create monthly business reports for the ARV and PTTEP Management team
- Proactively communicate with the team and all other relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with the team and all other relevant stakeholders to deliver outcomes on any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management or a Corporate Planning or related field
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work pro-actively, independently on own initiatives
- Good skill in MS Excel, be able to calculate on the formula and understand of using excel pivot to work with BA and Data at minimum
- Understand and able to work with Data such Data Management, Data Model is a big plus in consolidating the management information
- Familiar with other MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS word)
- Able to manage own tasks to achieve goals without command
