Responsibilities
Manage team to support sales & marketing function in these areas:
- Sales Force Automation (SFA) System e.g. EchoPlus: researching business requirement, initializing, roll-out, and monitoring the system.
- Sales & market intelligence: providing data analysis and reports, and designing, developing and implementing analytical tools or templates.
- Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes and tools: providing SFE tracking & reporting system, automation processes or business process reengineering to support company’s goals and strategies in the area of sales and marketing.
Client services: providing services of SFA system, SFE tools & reporting system to clients according to business requirement and/or company agreement.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing information system / analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistic, Mathematics; MIS or MBA would be an advantage
