Responsibilities

Manage team to support sales & marketing function in these areas:

• Sales Force Automation (SFA) System e.g. EchoPlus: researching business requirement, initializing, roll-out, and monitoring the system.
• Sales & market intelligence: providing data analysis and reports, and designing, developing and implementing analytical tools or templates.
• Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes and tools: providing SFE tracking & reporting system, automation processes or business process reengineering to support company’s goals and strategies in the area of sales and marketing.

Client services: providing services of SFA system, SFE tools & reporting system to clients according to business requirement and/or company agreement.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing information system / analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Statistic, Mathematics; MIS or MBA would be an advantage
