About the job
Ensure that products quality, process productivity, and quality system are in accordance with company set-up goals. In your new role you will:
- Quality Management System: concept, implementation, maintenance, review and improvement.
- Defines, deploys, improves and digitalizes quality management business processes as Process Owner.
- Establishes and deploys requirements regarding business processes (e.g. KPI and their reporting incl. review and analysis of data & reports).
- Conducts process assurance measures to satisfy applicable regulatory and industry defined standards.
- Audits: Plans and performs internal audits, prepares and guides certification and customer audits; triggers corrective actions and monitors results.
- Establishes, deploys, maintains a documentation management process and system.
- Plans, establishes, reviews Infineon Initiative Next Level of Zero Defects (NLoZD) and related activities and projects.
- Provides problem solving and continuous improvement with the use of the Thinking 6 Sigma+Lean tool box.
- Provides statistical methods and processes for production process stability insurance, e.g. calibration, Measurement System Analysis (MSA/AMSA), Design of Experiments (DOE).
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any Engineering field (Electrical ,Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial), Physics or Material Science.
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in QMS (Quality management system) and Quality improvement.
- Strong systematic thinking, good attitude and understanding of core tools including FMEA, MSA and SPC, Control plan.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and engineering team members.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- IATF16949 and/or VDA6.3 certified auditors are favorable.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process is favorable.
