Senior Cloud Engineer

ความรับผิดชอบ

• Work closely and support the sales team from a technical perspective.

• Work closely with a team of architects and engineers to create technical documents and proposals.

• Work closely with a team of issue or create internal cloud knowledge center.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to application usage and technical workflows on cloud services architecture.

• Performing system, Implement and deployment cloud systems configuration.

• Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations, technical presentations, and sharing.

• Assist the first-line customer support team in addressing technical issues from clients.

• Collaborate with the internal development and product teams to ensure efficient progression in solving technical issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues. Ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining service level agreements (SLA)

• Support incident case, change request from our customer.

• Drive compliance and security efforts related to systems implemented by the team.

• Exhibit preventive maintenance for cloud customers.

• Report both normal and abnormal activity to management team.

• Work closely with a team to achieve KPI goals together.

• Extremely accessible to competency company.

• Get and maintain current certificate status to relate and necessary for work.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in roles related to deployment cloud systems including AWS, GCP, MS Azure, with strong expertise in AWS.

• Hands-on experience with design and implementation cloud-based IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Solutions

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services or Indirect experience with other cloud services (MS Azure, Alibaba cloud, GCP, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of Scripting/Programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) are preferred.

• Experience in cloud cost optimization and budget management.

• Give importance to the suffering of customers as the focus.
