Position Details
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, Line, Youtube, and other social media platforms
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to maintain a positive brand image.
Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to identify trends and insights, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement.
Lead a team of 3 social admin and media planners
Work with media agency to work on media plan and strategy
Drive Offline to online campaigns and create AR/VR innovations in platform
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
