Prepare and arrange the application forms and relevant documents for incorporation, amendment of any corporate works and related registration.
Liaise with clients about corporate documents and processes.
Contact and submit applications and relevant documents with government authorities e.g. Department of Business Development, Foreign Administrative Office, Ministry of Commerce Board of Investment, Revenue Department, Customs Department etc.;
Provide administrative support to Lawyers.
Others as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Vocational Education or bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
1–2-year experience in visa and permit support.
A team player with good communication skill.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Able to write and speak a basic English related to the above applications.
