Build and maintain written policies, processes and procedures related to compliance activities.
Ensure company compliance to all applying standards (e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS etc), laws (computer crime act, license agreements…) and best practices
Engage all teams for collaboration and compliance with external/internal audit/regulations.
Perform periodic internal compliance checks to ensure that policy and procedures are followed.
Develop and maintain risk management strategies; perform company-wide risk assessment.
Monitor the risk environment and assess the emerging risks through the Business Monitoring process.
Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
Develops effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a strong understanding of the business and internal teams.
Recommends appropriate and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Language skills
Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) to be able to work with international customers (Canada, France, India, Cambodia, etc....).
Experience and Skills
At least 2 to 3 years' experiences in Compliance, Risk Management or Audit
Happy to handle with documents and paperwork
Good leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to provide professional presentation of metrics and reporting
