Write a correspondence and print various jobs
Gather information documents to prepare for presentation to supervisors for consideration
Telephone to contact work and answer calls

Help manage meeting documents.
Keep documents in order.
Prepare monthly expense reimbursement documents for supervisors such as travel expenses, food expenses, telephone expenses, membership renewal fees, etc.
Summary of the supervisor's travel schedule. and coordinate with the driver to plan Advisor travel
Propose books and send ordered books to various departments.
Help Advisor improve their workload and take care of the cleanliness of the office
Pick up office equipment stationery and materials necessary for the department's work
When people in the department have to travel to work on property, the secretary must book plane tickets, reserve rooms, and coordinate transportation. throughout the journey according to work schedule (The traveler will make the work schedule himself)
Contact and coordinate with various banks Check list of all F&B areas, contact about Dining, Club
Remind various tasks
CRITERIA:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Executive Secretary for an upper-level executive
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Service-minded and cooperation with other departments
Very organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational skills, interpersonal and communications skills
Multi-task within limited of time
Proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
