Position Details
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in functional and technical knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA, and the associated system design and operation management.
Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory (written and verbal).
Experience in manufacturing operations planning and execution processes.
Superior and thorough knowledge of SAP PP/PPDS/MM solution and ABAP capabilities and business process configurations with minimum 2-3 yearsâ experience in project and operation support, equipped with significant and proven customization experience.
Experience in leading SAP functional consultants with different background and multinationals.
Experience in leading Product Life Cycle Management will be a plus point.
Good ability to guide and train the users on Business Process and SAP best practices.
Good exposure in SAP HANA technology. Willing to conduct self-study and investigation to gain knowledge to prepare necessary steps for migration from SAP SAP HANA.
Pro-actively involved in SAP related sub systems RFP, vendor selection and project implementation.
Experienced in playing a major role in implementation projects.
Excellent consultancy skills and a pro-active attitude.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience in writing functional requirements / designs
The ability to work independently as well as in project teams.
Knowledgeable about Cloud and recent IT trends for business.
Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits
Demonstrates outstanding presentation and communication skills set
Ready for Business Travel within APAC region as and when required
Responsibilities
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support SAP coordination among SAP Key Business Users in APAC region. Build and manage good relationships with internal business and function managers.
Provide leadership to engage and interact will all departments to understand user needs. Determine and implement best practices to support SAP operation.
Pro-actively explore, investigate and propose comprehensive IT solutions to meet business needs.
Create presentation and complete analysis on SAP service operation status.
Configuration of SAP master data and be able to guide and train the users on Business Process.
Trains key users, end users and preparing the training material.
Involved in full project cycle right from pre-sales to Go-Live.
Ensure smooth implementation of project, on schedule within approved budget.
Collaborates with Project Manager and Solution Partners to develop comprehensive plans and work breakdown structures for SAP and other sub systems projects in APAC region.
Develop and update blueprint and functional specification through collaboration with SAP business partners
Lead the Quality Assurance process in all aspect of SAP system delivery and operation management, including Vendor Management of Application Management Support
(AMS) service provided by 3rd party solution provider.
Work closely with IT Solution Partners to ensure the delivery of any outsourced job is
able to meet expectation and service level
