Develop and manage incentive programs to boost sales performance and meet our business goals.
Analyze sales data to find areas for improvement in our incentive structures.
Work with sales leaders to set clear performance targets for the team.
Keep track of sales performance and share regular updates with management.
Calculate incentives accurately based on different pay structures like commissions and bonuses.
Communicate changes to incentive programs clearly to the sales team.
Provide ongoing support to sales team members on incentive programs.· Offer training and support to sales team members on using sales tools and understanding key metrics
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management and data management. Preferably in a sales or business analytics role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience in SQL coding, with the ability to write and execute complex queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail.
