As a Sales Operations Engineer, you will:
- Gather data across the businesses, analyze it, and report the results
- Interpret data, develop and implement data analyses, and maintain databases
- Map customers requirements to proposed solutions/services
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Manage communication with clients and stakeholders
- Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers, as applicable
- Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries, as applicable
We are looking for a motivated and experienced analyst with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and experience using Excel, python and SQL
- Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong English language both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, or partners in different time zones
- Fast learner, ability to multi-task
- Fluency in Thai language both written and verbal
