Work with sales frontline team to optimize routing by digital routing.
Governance the route compliance via route productivity KPI.
Collaborate with local management teams acting as the project lead to develop routing project plans and facilitate the implementation process for each division, including cross-functional management participation.
Plan and organize the ongoing route efficiency strategic calendar of projects in order to accurately support AOP commitments.
To drive route efficiency and profitability by digital routing for all route and re-routing at least 2 times/year.
Driving governance on route compliance through route KPI
Build and coach AS&D Sup to understand how to use GTM tools ie digital routing map, geo fencing and routing process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-4 years experiences in business administration
Excellence computer literature in Microsoft office, Google map
Good in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)
Able to travel and stay in up country
Fair command of written and spoken English communication
Good interpersonal and communication skills
