RF Engineer (Fresh Grad)

What you will do:

• Daily KPI Monitoring
• Daily/Weekly worst cell and Black Cell (Low throughput).
• NPS (Net promotor score) and VIP/Customer complaint improvement.
• Feature trial and rollout.
• Cluster drive test analysis and improvement action.
• Event support.

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications
• Interested in RF Planning or Optimization (Ericsson or Huawei prefer)
• Monitor and Troubleshooting Mobile Network KPI and (CSSR, DCR, HOSR, Low Speed)
• Worst Cells Troubleshooting
• Customer complain analysis using Smart care
• Drive Test analysis and improvement (RSRP, SINR, CQI)
• Event Monitoring and tuning
• Familiar with RF Tool: MapInfo, QGIS
• Good skill in MS Excel and Data analytics: Tableau, Power BI
• Good communication skills both Thai and English
• Flexible and good mindset, Able to work in non-office Hour.
