Key and Responsibilities:
1.Process/Product Development
- Generate new innovative products to support Marketing calendar & activities.
- Seeking new product ideas & trends in the marketplace and tracking new ingredients’ availability on the supply side.
- Seeking new technology to simplify the back of the house and improve quality consistency.
- Ensure NPD product quality by providing Operation procedures, Sheet recipes, Planograms, Standard product quality, and ingredient specifications.
- Ensure commercialized NPD by providing Operation procedures, Planograms, Standard product quality, and ingredient specifications.
- Conduct new product testing to ensure safety for serving in Restaurants and Delivery
- Develop a relationship with the Supplier’s R&D to cutting-edge new technologies & transfer the supplier’s expertise.
2.Commercialized Process/Product
- Coordinate with the SCM Department for new ingredients and small ware specifications related to new products or improvement product launches.
- Coordinate and support the Training Department in developing an appropriate manual and training for new product or improvement product launches.
- Co-operate and support Marketing activities.
- Provide initial COG of new product or improvement product.
- Provide secondary shelf life for ingredients or product handling in our store and ensure compliance with RBI standards, FDA Thai, or Food Law.
- Provide new product information for Marketing & Agency Surveys and track Competitor activities.
3.Documentation
- Provide directions for new product procedures and ensure the process keeps a product quality design.
- Create COGS of new products and recipes to support business.
- Provide Operation manual, Product master (COG), planogram, and recipe to related departments.
- Updated and ensured the product primary file was in good condition
