Refrigeration Maintenance Senior Supervisor

Qualification:

• High Vocational Certificate ’s degree in industries mechanical/industries maintenance.
• Have experience of refrigeration system more than 10 Years.
• Have experience in the process and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Have a driver’s license.
• Good leadership skills and can coaching team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth Mindset for New Learning.
• Good used Word, Excel program 

Responsibilities:

• Control refrigeration system (Machine run ability) 24 hours.
• Can solve problem about refrigeration system.
• Planning and scheduling of manpower for refrigeration team.
• Planning and scheduling of preventive machine maintenance for refrigeration system.
• Improve work procedure and preventive maintenance (if any)
• Improve refrigeration skill (if any)
