Technology Deployment: Lead the deployment of technology solutions and oversee implementation projects within the Property & Asset Management Business Unit.
Integration Management: Coordinate with various technology vendors to ensure seamless integration of new technology platforms with existing systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with real estate professionals, technology vendors, and end-users to understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring that technology solutions meet their needs.
System Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to promote user adoption of technology solutions. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to assess system performance, data accuracy, and security compliance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, monitoring service levels, and managing escalations.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the business. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in technology implementation and project management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate technology landscape and familiarity with various Property & Asset Management systems.
Proven experience in overseeing successful technology deployments and integration projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant technologies, programming languages, and database management.
Certifications in project management or relevant technologies (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, AWS, etc.) are a plus.
