Clinical Application Specialist (Hematology/Urinalysis (Service dept.)
Responsibilities:
1. To analyze the local application cases raised from distributors or end users to provide the integral solution and escalate to regional support if necessary.
2.Provide the training program to local distributors, evaluate their application service ability, and ensure distributors should provide qualified services to end users.
3.Provide the professional application services to local KOL customers, establish the good relationship with doctors and increase the satisfaction of Mindray product and academic services.
4.Regularly refresh and follow up the pending application problems and requirement from users and align with local internal and external team.
5.Self-develop the training material and provide the qualified training program to distributors and end users as a trainer and help department to develop internal trainers for the further education events.
Requirements:
1.Graduate/Post-Graduate, major in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medicine related. Immunology or biochemistry background is in high priority.
2.More than 3 years’ work experience in clinical laboratory with good operational skills in IVD products, such as hematology field. Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics, and clinical application of IVD products.
3.More than 5 years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies or their distributors/partners. Be familiar with application process and customer relationship maintenance.
4.Experienced in delivering technical trainings of IVD products.
5.Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting.
6.Experienced in VIP customer services and professional communications
7.Good in both written and spoken English
8.Well-organized, able to function independently with minimum supervision. Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude. Willingness to be in a field-based role, supporting customers and travelling is required to perform the role.
9.Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, Logical thinking and Good Communication Skills
10.Work closely with the sales/engineer/internal application team to develop and optimize product attributes to achieve maximum customer preference in targeted segments, providing application and clinical support.
11.Help internal/external application team with the first unit installation training
12.Help distributors and internal application specialists to solve IVD product issues, response in time.
13.Collect distributors and end-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
14.Provide suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.
15.Have a deep understanding of the key accounts, which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship. Meanwhile have a close watch of competitor application activities.
16.Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
