You will develop, implement, and maintain the organization's quality management system (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, Thai Industrial Standard, ISO/IEC 17025 or other industry-specific quality standards.
You will serve as the management representative for quality management system audits conducted by external certification bodies, customers, or regulatory agencies and ensure that the quality policy, objectives, and processes are communicated, understood, and followed by all employees throughout the organization.
You will lead or facilitate management review meetings to assess the performance of the quality management system, review quality metrics and trends and identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate internal audits and assessments of the quality management system to verify compliance with established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
You will act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies, on quality-related matters.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyze quality data, identify root causes of non-conformities or quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
You will provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles, tools, and techniques, and ensure that adequate resources are available for effective implementation of the QMS.
You will monitor changes in quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices, and recommend updates or revisions to the QMS as necessary to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
You will prepare and maintain documentation related to the quality management system, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records of audits and corrective actions.

Your Background
You hold bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
2 to 4 years’ experience in Quality field – prefer same type of power transformer product.
Previous experience in quality management or quality assurance roles, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Knowledge of quality management system standards and requirements, such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, Thai Industrial Standard.
Experience in leading or participating in quality management system audits and assessments, failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
Certification as a Quality Management Representative or Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is desirable.
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for document control, corrective action tracking, and performance monitoring.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
