Inspecting and ensuring that in-process and finished products meet the defined quality standards.
Ensuring that the action plan for chemical risk assessment in Kenvue manufacturing facilities is implemented and complied with.
Improving productivity and work efficiency, including the implementation of cost improvement programs (CIP) in the responsible area.
Learning and complying with WWSP, QSP, SOP, and all other Kenvue standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct the physical and chemical analysis of in-process and finished products.
Inspect job request samples from lab batches, validation batches, stability study samples, CIP, and NPD/NPI samples.
Comply with GMP/Safety/ISO 14001.
Comply with WWSP, QSP, SOP, and all other procedures as applicable.
Maintain housekeeping in the analytical laboratory.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Review and approve test results, analytical, and inspection reports of finished product samples.
Serve as a trainer from a quality perspective.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
0-1 years of experience in chemical testing in a chemical laboratory
Desired Qualifications
Basic English proficiency, ability to work well in a lab, good interpersonal skills, and honesty.
Good laboratory instrumentation knowledge/skills- HPLC, GC, IC, UV-VIS, IR spectroscopy, AAS, ICP-MS, Potentiometric titrator, Karl Fischer titrator, Polarimeter, Densitometer, Refractometer, Melting point, Dissolution apparatus, etc.
Knowledge in GMP, GLP, GDP/DI.
Effective time management and a strong sense of responsibility.
