Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and processes for the organization’s innovation initiatives, ensuring the highest levels of quality, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software projects, ensuring thorough coverage and accurate identification of defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure a seamless integration of QA processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to intermediate and junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and quality-driven development.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in QA engineering, applying relevant insights to inform the organization’s initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for test automation, performance testing, and continuous integration, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software quality issues, working closely with team members and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and support QA team members, promoting professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge or experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
