Responsible for developing and executing global corporate reputation programs, including corporate positioning, business media relations, and executive communications.
Assist clients in driving alignment and execution of marketing and communications initiatives.
Act as a strategic counselor to executives and clients across all areas of corporate reputation.
Regularly provide executive-level recommendations tied to desired business outcomes.
Develop and propose integrated corporate reputation communications programs to clients that support their business objectives.
Generate incremental and new business opportunities by taking a broad view of the entire communications mix, and offering strategic recommendations that drive innovative and award-winning corporate reputation work.
Continually advance the corporate reputation practice offerings and participate as a network-wide resource for counsel, mentorship, and new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, journalism, media relations, strategic communications, or management consulting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, English, Marketing, business, or related fields.
Background in healthcare, B2B, HCP communications would be a plus.
Ability to engage with key stakeholders across the client’s business.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Energetic, self-starter, and resourceful problem solver.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
Understands digital and social marketing, content amplification through digital & social channel
Able to read data from digital and social media with analytical skill
Able to write well in both long-form and short-form (traditional and online)
Knows or have a good relationship with media, and online editors and influencers/KOLs in business media
Team leader and counseling with a team while able to manage end to end projects with results
