We are supporting our client in recruiting experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate renewable energy projects from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, EPC management, and cost control, with experience in renewable energy, power and utilities, or construction.

You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, and stakeholders to support safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in line with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and progress reports.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and coordinate mitigation plans.

• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when performance deviates from the agreed plan.

2. EPC Management

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout project execution.

• Review contractor progress, deliverables, schedules, and performance against contractual obligations.

• Coordinate interfaces between project teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

3. Cost & Budget Control

• Develop and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and expenditure plans.

• Track actual costs against approved budgets and identify potential cost overruns.

• Review variations, change requests, and cost implications in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare cost reports and support financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate internal project teams, contractors, consultants, and relevant external stakeholders.

• Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.

• Align project activities across functions and maintain clear accountability for deliverables.

• Report project status, risks, budget, and schedule performance to senior management.

5. Quality, Risk & Compliance

• Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications and standards.

• Identify and manage project risks, including schedule, cost, contractor, and execution risks.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to address safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
