• Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, particularly in production scheduling or capacity planning.
• Familiarity with complex manufacturing environments (Jewelry experience is preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ERP, APS, or similar production planning applications.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with internal and external departments.
