Analyze market and customer data to find new product ideas for launch.
Be able to manage activities and timeline for assigned project i.e. new product development together
Create marketing plans, communication & promotion strategy and implement them effectively to achieve business & marketing objective, sales target, and develop sales opportunities within organization or outside suppliers.
Go for market and customer visit with sales team to understand & gain customers’ insight more thoroughly (their wants & need, identify their pain point/key issues, customer feedback etc.)
Manage and allocate budget and expense effectively to ensure targeted sales and profit could be achieved.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Marketing, MBA, BBA, or related fields.
Experiences 3-6 years in Marketing management, Product Development, or related fields. (experiences in food industry or FMCG will be advantage)
Good command in English and Computer skills.
Proactive, Self-Motivation, Initiative, High Responsibility, Good Coordination, Fast Learner, Planning, and Logical thinking
Interested in cooking and able to eat pork and beef
