What You'll Do
BCG is seeking experienced professionals in General Insurance to join our SEA offices at the Project Leader or Principal level. As a core member affiliated to BCG's Insurance Practice, you will:
- Help insurers address their most difficult challenges using strategies that maximize growth, transform business models, and create sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry and in strategy consulting.
- Work with clients on a range of projects and topics across the insurance value-chain including strategy development, sales force effectiveness, compliance, benchmarking, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, digital transformation, customer focus, and more.
- Create value for our clients with forward-thinking solutions that help them address the operational, technical, and financial implications of changes in their business environment.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically have:
- A minimum of 12 years of work experience in the strategy consulting, with a proven track record of driving technology-enabled transformations.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with a specific focus on general/ non-life insurance.
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
- Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities, and business judgement.
- Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken English.
