Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule meeting appointments
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects effectively
• Organize sales invoices and legal contracts
• Handling office expense reimbursement
• Plan events and manage company's communications, including press releases and social media.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to achieve for work assignment
• Assist in crisis management and communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English - reading and writing (Minimum 600 TOEIC score)
• Being a proactive with good personality and having analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and online communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
