Grow the Foods or Non-Foods Own Brand business by enhancing Own Brand performance across categories to achieve the best profit margins.
Develop and implement category strategies aligned with the overall Own Brand strategy and goals.
Manage both new and ongoing Own Brand performance to ensure targets are met.
Lead initiatives for cost optimization, new product development (NPD), and new business models to drive further business growth.
Drive efficient and effective vendor management, fostering strong relationships.
Lead a team of Own Brand managers to achieve business performance goals for NPD and existing products through data-driven root-cause analysis, logical decision-making, and high levels of discipline.
Coach Own Brand managers to consistently meet business objectives and enhance their capabilities as business managers.
Lead initiatives to improve work methods and processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Over 10 years in marketing, trade marketing, category management, commercial FMCG, and/or Own Brand, with more than 3 years in a leadership role demonstrating high performance.
Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin or an EU language is a plus.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to lead effectively, drive performance, and foster team growth.
Results-oriented, with a strong growth mindset, critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated track record of delivering strong performance outcomes.
