Responsibilities

• Design performance with a cross functional perspective, connecting Operation Strategy to Business Contribution.

• Integrating performance in our key planning and decision-making processes for agile periodization and resource allocation.

• Build a Performance Powerhouse (data & analytics) for continuous improvement.

• Drumbeating the overall Operations Performance, to collectively reach the ambition set, providing transparency for decision making and supporting interdependencies.

• Securing upskilling/reskilling programs, transforming our ways of working and leveraging new solutions.

• Project Management. Implement value-added projects related to Supply Point 3PM, Supply Chain & Logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in international business, logistics, operations, business administration or supply chain management.

• Able to communicate well in English.

• 3-4 years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations.

• Experiences in Data Analysis and Digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Power Bi and Power Automate.

• Experiences in Value Stream Mapping, Demand / Supply Planning, Smart warehouse and logistics Management.

• Critical thinking skill, Stakeholder management skill, Presentation and Project Management.
