Operations Integration Specialist
Responsibilities:
Review and optimize engineering designs to ensure alignment with production requirements, enhancing machine functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with operational teams to capture user insights and translate them into design improvements for seamless manufacturing integration.
Lead execution phases, assisting in the transition from design to production while troubleshooting technical challenges to minimize disruptions.
Ensure holistic system integration, incorporating process optimization, workforce ergonomics, and material flow considerations into all machine designs.
Manage code creation, BOM setup, and master data readiness, ensuring timely and accurate system updates for new production lines.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to validate new materials, packaging, and SKU adjustments.
Track and resolve operational bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements in machine performance and production workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering integration, or process optimization within industrial or production environments.
Strong technical understanding of engineering design principles and their practical application in real-world manufacturing settings.
Minimum Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering, or related fields
Minimum proficiency in English is required for effective communication and collaboration with international teams.
Preferably with experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods company in Southeast Asia.
Engineering Design & Manufacturing Systems Integration – Strong understanding of machine design principles, industrial automation platforms (Siemens, SCADE), and their application in production environments.
Process Optimization & Workflow Management – Ability to assess and enhance process, people, and material flow, ensuring efficient and scalable manufacturing operations.
Technical Troubleshooting & Execution Support – Expertise in identifying and resolving operational challenges, ensuring smooth transitions from design to implementation.
