PROJECT SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all parties involved in the class, including students, teachers, and parents.
Organize and oversee class activities, such as booking rooms, scheduling lessons, preparing venues for workshops or performances, and liaising with suppliers.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Prepare budget documents and create reports in Excel.
Address immediate issues and make decisions to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
1-2 years (or higher) of experience in event management.
Proficient in creating Excel reports and handling documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good personality, service-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills.
