Support the implementation of Top-Down and Bottom-Up Risk and Control Assessment to relevant Risk Owners and Control Owner via e-GRC system
Serve as a Subject Matters Expert (SME) to review, validate and challenge Third Party Assessments (TPAs) submitted by contract owners in outsourcing arrangement and other engagements for both new and annual review of all third parties
Ensure proper operational risk incident reporting and follow-up its mitigation actions until completion.
Provide risk consultation to business function and the management of operational risk across the company including ensuring the proper end-to-end functioning of the embedded controls by utilizing tools/systems in operational risk management.
Support 1st LoD in setting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), monitoring risk trends and recommending mitigation action.
Conduct ad-hoc and periodic risk awareness training to business functions
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor(s) to serve Group’s, local management and regulation requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Risk Management, Accounting, MIS, Business Administration, IT
Min.5 year experience in Life Insurance or Financial business, preferably in Operational Risk Management/Internal Audit and/or Operations functions/areas.
Positive attitude, able to work independently, Energetic.
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Good interpersonal & management skills
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Power BI etc.)
Good command of both written & spoken English
