Job Description
Campaign Setup
- Coordinate with account managers to gather specific campaign requirements such as campaign objective, target audience, budget and creative assets
- Coordinate with local teams to gather creative assets required for campaign launch
- Set up and launch campaigns across various ad platforms including Facebook, Google, Tik Tok and DV360
- Ensure accurate implementation of campaign namings and tracking parameters to enable campaign measurement and attribution.
- Refresh creative assets (banners, videos, ad text) across ad platforms
Troubleshoot issues during campaign setup
- Collaborate with account managers and Ad Tech team to continually improve the efficiency of campaign setup
Communication & Stakeholder management
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across markets, keeping them informed of the progress of campaign launch/ refresh.
Systematic planning of timeline & workflow
- Proactively and systematically plan operation timeline and workload to ensure OM campaigns are launched on time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of working experience. Preferably in Online Marketing/ e-commerce operation..
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to details.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to communicate in English (Verbal and written)
