Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and initiatives, and communicate the product vision to cross-functional teams
Utilize data, customer insights and NPS to gather insights (work with business team and use analytics tools), identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver high-impact product improvements
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement during and after releases
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product management and marketing, and incorporate them into our strategies and processes
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to optimize website performance and increase conversion rates
Work closely with tech (Product owners, Project Managers, QAs etc) to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements for the website including participate in defining and establishing agile processes, standards and best practices
Working closely with the Techâs release team to ensure a deployment plan is carried out fairly and non-disruptive to business activities
Ensure a smooth UAT execution including planning, test cases/scenarios review with scope owner, define an acceptance criterion and conduct a Go/NoGo decision together with the stakeholders
During campaign days, support business owners to make sure everything goes smoothly. Collaborate with tech and business team and ensure prices, promotions are flowing
Qualifications
Bachelorâs Degree in computer engineering, computer science, MIS or related fields
5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role
Minimum of 2 years of team management experience
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Knowledge about Product Enrichment, Marketplace and Promotion Engine
Experience in ecommerce website development or IT product management
Experience in Adobe Commerce Tools (Magento, AEM, etc.)
Experience in managing marketplace seller operations/seller portal platforms in ecommerce
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
