Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on channel development initiatives and progress.
About You
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Modern Trade or a relevant industry, with a deep understanding of the market channels. Experience in the alcohol industry is a plus.
Proven track record of success in managing high-volume sales targets (100 million+ per month).
Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 3+ personnel.
Experience in group key account management (minimum 3 years) is preferred.
Strong business acumen and data analysis.
A driven and results-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, accountability, a self-starting attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English.
