REQUIREMENT :
You will have a proven track record successfully defining and articulating solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform, hybrid solutions with some on premise aspects, or on premise messaging and collaboration.
Your knowledge and experience should include many or all of the following :
- Business knowledge and context of the use and value of Microsoft technologies including Office 365
- Articulation of Messaging, Communication and Collaboration and their business benefits
- Microsoft 365/Azure, hybrid and on premise commercials and their implications
- Exchange Online, Hybrid, Exchange Server
- Microsoft Teams
RESPONSIBILITY :
A proven background in the design and implementation of cloud, hybrid or on premise productivity, collaboration and messaging solutions to multiple customers.
- Focus M365/Dynamics365/Azure
- Helping sell messaging and collaboration solutions within a variety of enterprise customers across a number of business verticals.
- Outstanding customer facing skills, experienced in helping customers articulate their business problems and eliciting their requirements.
- Experience in devising productivity solutions to meet these requirements; and have excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills used to convey a compelling story and solution to the customer.
- Engagements will include opportunity qualification, proposal and schedule writing, and customer engagements to evangelist the benefits of our clients solutions, particularly those based on Office 365. In your pre-sales role, you will often act as the point of contact for the customer to prove credibility and ability to execute.
