Responsibilities
MARTECH Stack Integration:
- Implement and manage the integration of various marketing technology (MARTECH) tools and platforms within the mobile banking app ecosystem.
- This includes CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media tools, analytics suites, and advertising technologies.
Data Pipeline and Workflow Automation:
- Design and develop data pipelines and automation workflows to streamline marketing operations, including customer segmentation, campaign management, and personalized communication strategies.
CDP Management:
- Oversee the operation and enhancement of the Customer Data Platform, ensuring accurate customer data collection, integration, and profiling.
- This involves managing data ingestion, data quality, and identity resolution processes.
Personalization and Customer Experience Optimization:
- Work with marketing and product teams to implement personalization strategies across various channels within the mobile banking app.
Strong Technical Background:
- Comes from a software engineer background with frontend and backend experience (Java preferred). Proficiency in Martech platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in integrating and managing complex Martech stacks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and advertising technologies.
Data Management Skills:
- Solid understanding of data management principles and experience with CDP. Proficiency in working with large datasets and experience with data integration, data quality, and data governance.
Programming and Scripting:
- Experience with programming and scripting languages relevant to Martech and automation, such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
- Ability to develop custom integrations and automation scripts.
Analytics and Measurement:
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using analytics and BI tools to measure marketing performance and generate insights. Knowledge of web analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media analytics.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
- A deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization techniques. Experience in implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Skills / Experience required
- Should Comes from a software engineer background with frontend and backend experience (Java preferred).
- Proficiency in MARTECH platforms and tools, with hands-on experience in integrating and managing complex MARTECH stacks.
