Lead projects involving cross-functional teams to improve metrics on all sides of the marketplace
Propose new experiments and own end-to-end experimentation process including experiment design, rollout and analysis of results
Monitor day-to-day marketplace metrics, investigate short-term anomalies and troubleshoot with the product team as needed
Develop day-to-day tactical solutions and longer-term strategic initiatives to improve marketplace dynamics
Qualifications
3-5 years of working experience in a related field
Excellent analytical abilities, including advanced Excel/Google sheets skills. You will need to be comfortable with drawing insights from complex, large data sets. SQL proficiency is a plus
Strong communication and project management skills, including ability to present insights in a thoughtful manner
End-to-end problem-solving. Ability to take complex problems and break them down into actionable solutions, backed by data insights
Strong sense of curiosity in seeking impactful opportunities and learning about our economics
Ability to balance detail with quick execution
