Conduct project-based and ongoing tasks to innovate workflows within the digital agency.
Implement marketing automation and AI-driven solutions using CRM and other marketing platforms.
Streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks through AI applications.
Enhance team capacity and productivity by developing and integrating AI tools.
Train in-house and external users on developed solutions and ensure adherence to processes.\
Collaborate with various departments to align technology solutions with business needs.
Project Examples:
Create a centralized database hub using Google Cloud BigQuery for all teams and connect it with multiple marketing platforms.
Develop custom dashboards and visualizations for internal use and clients, utilizing tools like Looker Studio.
Automate repetitive and manual tasks to increase efficiency within the agency.
Design and deploy an AI-powered LINE OA chatbot, integrated with our knowledge base and database, to support clients in their daily inquiries.
