- Execute monthly cadence reporting on the Customer Experience Index
- Collaborate with key distributors to improve their Customer Experience Index scores
Distributor Rewards and Recognition Program
- Launch and manage the annual Henry Ford and President Awards program in APDM (Asia Pacific Distributor Markets)
- Execute monthly cadence reporting on the rewards tracker
- Conduct monthly meetings with Sales and Service Managers to update the rewards tracker status
Dealers’ staff skill competition
- Organize the skill competition event by coordinating with cross-functional teams, i.e., sales, service, and technicians.
Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year studying in Business Management, Communication Arts, Arts or any related fields
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English
- Computer literacy e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva
- Able to join the program for 6 months (at least)
- Be flexible to work across different time zone
