Create and define the business plan and marketing strategy based on global strategies guideline from client
Control overall expenditure to be aligned with budget agreed with client
Provide monthly report/ business review/ market opportunity analysis to client for product and market development
Monitor and motivate team to maximize productivity and team work
Drive key staffs to implement key strategies and tactics according to the plan
Set incentive scheme for overall sales team with prior approval by client and manage performance evaluation
Ensure sufficient product inventory according to accurate inventory forecast Manage stock carrying according to the agreement between client and company
Strengthen and/or maintain close relationship with key customers
Manage necessary arrangement of internal operations and solve critical business related issues
Develop and control the implementation of territory management, sales force effectiveness and call management analysis and project development/initiatives
Leadership Responsibilities
Manage team/function goals to ensure goals are well-defined and clearly communicated
Manage learning and development of team in the area of sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals
Support sales forces structure excellence which provide healthy profit among each sales team
