To partner project team in contract negotiation with counterparties as owner representative to meet requirement of the Company
Conducting preliminary legal due diligence and monitoring full legal due diligence investigation by external law firm and report
Advising project teams to ensure compliance with project terms and conditions
Drafting /reviewing project contracts to ensure optimal interests of the Company
Advising and providing practical solutions to the closing (consummation) of the project
Advising solutions to complicated legal issues arising out of contracts
Providing effective contractual risk management and promoting to organization
Managing disputes and lawsuits
Qualifications:
Age 40-45 years old
Master degree of Law
At least 10-year experiences in project and contract management
Having exposure to international Merger and Acquisition projects
Experienced in handling / managing litigation and arbitration cases
Experienced in corporate secretarial activities, e.g. drafting board minutes, understanding process of share ownership transfer, capital increase, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (TOEIC score 700 and above).
Able to communicate legal subject matters in a simple and understandable way
Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Hard working, well organized and thoughtful to details.
