Responsibilities

• Develop asset management plans and implementation actions to optimize the outputs generated from assets throughout the process lifecycle.
• Create asset portfolio management and effective and efficient asset management practices which help deliver desired outcome.
• Designing and implementing standardized practices across all the businesses, maintaining resiliency among partners while achieving synergy and adding value.
• Establish compliance metrics, key performance indicator scorecards and directs corrective actions
• Formulate and maintain asset data and analyze the quality and useful life of equipment and ensures the best return on investment
• Ensure appropriate insurance coverage throughout the business and avoids duplication in coverage and directs necessary claims administration.
• Establish methodology, tools and reporting system to monitor company-wide compliance related to asset & insurance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field from university.
• 5-7 years’ experience in a supply chain management role or equivalent experience in finance, operations, and general administration
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
• A proven track record of cost reduction and productivity improvements
• Adapt at problem solving / root cause analysis (Lean Six Sigma).
• Sound knowledge of quality/manufacturing processes
• Strong knowledge of latest technology related to Physical Asset Management
• Service minded, self-driven and motivated
• Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 700)
