Your Challenge
- Analyze and interpret data from various analytical tools like
- Mixpanel, App Flyer, and Google Analytics to generate actionable insights
- Deep Dive into Product Analytics
- Use SQL for querying databases, data manipulation, and complex data analysis
- Work closely with the tech and product team to collect/document requirements, create JIRA tickets, perform competitive analysis, and participate in design reviews
- Provide insights for improving search algorithms and recommendation systems
- Conduct basic user research to better understand customer behaviours and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies based on data-driven insights
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in search and recommendation technologies
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak Thai fluently
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce domain
- Understand Product Analytics and build charts around it like insights, conversions, retention
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Mixpanel, App Flyer, and Google Analytics
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Demonstrable experience in deriving insights from numbers and understanding technical problems
- Basic understanding of user research and design
- Young and energetic individual with a proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to write technical documentation from engineering discussion
- Ability to write PRD/BRD for a given feature and details
- Ability to understand JIRA, agile process and co-manage project
- Create amazing power point and explain the data in short crisp format
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
